Exclusive Migration The Mara Code of Conduct

All Australian registered Migration Agents are bound by a Code of Conduct which is set out in the Migration Agents Regulations 1998.  Agents who breach the Code may lose their registration. The code covers professional conduct, obligations to clients, relations between agents, fees and charges, record keeping and management, financial duties, duties of agents to employees, complaints, termination of services, and client awareness of the Code.

All Exclusive Migration Consultants are registered Migration Agents under Australian government legislation.  This requires Registered Migration Agents to demonstrate that they are of good character and prove competence in Australia's complex immigration law.

Exclusive Migration recommends that you take some time to read through the Code of Conduct prior to engaging a Migration Agent.  Please look for the “Registered” symbol.  This is an official symbol issued by MARA containing a registered and authorised Agent’s registration number.

Whilst on the Migration Agent Registration Authority website, please take some time to look up Exclusive Migration’s registered details for your own peace of mind.
